Ticket #6116256 is not being replied on

Hello all,

 

Last monday I received my brand new K95 keyboard, however I found it to wobble like many other users on this forum. I immediately created a support ticket the same day on the corsair force website, however I have not received a reply up until now. I have created an extra ticket yesterday to make the support staff aware but still no reply. I just want my keyboard to be replaced quickly so I can enjoy it, because manufacturing errors like wobbling are a bit strange for a 150€ keyboard. Could someone please see to this ticket being processed? Thank you.

tobitronics, since you just received the keyboard it would be best to return it to your place of purchase and swap it out there.

 

I know for a fact that the k95's have been on back order for awhile and it may be another couple of weeks before they are back in stock. I saw a date in another thread of Oct sometime from someone else waiting on one too.
