tobitronics Posted September 19, 2013 Share Posted September 19, 2013 Hello all, Last monday I received my brand new K95 keyboard, however I found it to wobble like many other users on this forum. I immediately created a support ticket the same day on the corsair force website, however I have not received a reply up until now. I have created an extra ticket yesterday to make the support staff aware but still no reply. I just want my keyboard to be replaced quickly so I can enjoy it, because manufacturing errors like wobbling are a bit strange for a 150€ keyboard. peanutz94 Posted September 20, 2013 Share Posted September 20, 2013 tobitronics, since you just received the keyboard it would be best to return it to your place of purchase and swap it out there. I know for a fact that the k95's have been on back order for awhile and it may be another couple of weeks before they are back in stock.
