Corsair TX650 PSU Triggering Mobo Surge Protection.

I built my system about three weeks ago, and over the past week, it keeps randomly restarting itself, and flashing a motherboard message about my having a faulty power supply that was experiencing power surges. The PSU is a Corsair Enthusiast 650W. I did a bit of research and some people said that the motherboard surge protection was overly sensitive, so I tried running the system with it off, but instead of triggering the surge protection, the system just randomly shuts off occasionally. Should I just RMA my PSU, or is there something else it could be?

You might try removing and reseating your cables and see if it clears up. If not , go ahead and have it replaced.

Can you see what the voltage is for the 12v,5v and 3.3v lines in your BIOS are?

We have seen a few cases of the ASUS software triggering that alert, but for no reason. Those machines displayed no signs of instability. Your's on the other hand is shutting itself down, so I don't believe your is a false warning.
