No news on order #2200000657

Hi guys,

 

I ordered a K95 keyboard about a week ago. Received the order confirmation, but am still waiting for the "shipped" email. I tried contacting the support email directly, but have not received any reply or further information on the current state of my order. I am located in Europe, so I'd like to avoid having to call customer service in the US for this.

Got a reply (eventually). Turns out the K95 is out of stock. Corsair should really put this information on the website, so that we can instead order from re-sellers that can actually deliver.

Very disappointed with Corsair, didn't expect to have to wait a month (and that's just an estimate) to get my purchase.

Wow, I just purchased the K95 myself on Saturday and it definitely said "In Stock", I made sure of it. Anyone have any idea how long restocking usually takes? I want to know if it's going to take long for them to ship this so I can have time to get a temporary keyboard for an upcoming tournament in a couple of weeks.

Here's what I got from Corsair:

 

We are currently out of stock for the K95 and won't be getting in shipments around Oct. 20th.
