Ticket 6116054 - RMA Request for SSD

Applied for RMA of Neutron GTX 480 on 9/16. Have gotten no response on ticket. Only time I have been able to log into the Online Chat it timed out due to no agents available. Seems your support department is overwhelmed.


Can anyone help???


Called Customer Service and was handled in less than 10 min.


Learned how to work the system for next time!!!!
