Kevin Kenstler Posted September 16, 2013 Share Posted September 16, 2013 I have wasted a lot of my time dealing with these fans, they do not report proper rpm to my motherboard and I cannot control them with my motherboard. Numerous others are having problems such as mine,. I purchased Noctua fans and they work flawlessly. As far as a refund is concerned, that is something you would have to take up with your reseller. Unless you bought them directly from the Corsair webstore they can't refund you money on a product not purchased directly through them.
