Pipdrums Posted September 15, 2013 Share Posted September 15, 2013 My H80i is doing a fine job of cooling my 3770K but the LEDs stopped working about 2 months ago. The firmware is at v1.05 and I have CorsairLINK v2.9.4948. I installed this version of LINK hoping it might address the LED problem. I have not updated the firmware to 1.07 as that update is for a problem with Commander, which I do not have. I need my PC daily and cannot afford to have it down. I'd like to request an RMA where I receive a replacement prior to my sending the unit I have back to Corsair. What is the procedure for this? You can either select the advanced option in the support ticket or call them by phone to arrange that. Really, the fastest way is to just call them on Monday morning with your case or RMA number if you get one that fast..
