Missing psu model under RMA request auto-complete form

I submitted a ticket, monday the 9th in need for help for my power supply that randomly died when I went to turn my system on. It's beyond the day it said I'd hear back about my issue. I've only had this power supply for barely 7 months a Corsair tx850m I bought from Newegg January 20th of this year. When I submitted my ticket #6107182 after 3 days I figured it was skipped over and resubmitted #6111230 but both have gone unansewerd within any reasionable time.

 

When I go to the section to try to fill out an RMA I'm prompted to find my psu model from the list being a CMPSU-850TXM I'm unable to find it on the list. The only two listed are CMPSU-850TX and CMPSU-850TXV2 none of which are my psu.

Thank you for the response, I noticed the sku for the PSU now is what it wanted but I noticed what was input was cp-902004-na and not cp9020004-na missing one zero. Hopefully this doesn't cause any problems and or can be correct. I'll be sending out the psu asap.

CP-902004-NA doesn't exist, but CP-9020004-NA and CP-9020041-NA do. They're both TX850M I believe. Does yours say CP-9020004-NA on the side, or something else? It won't hurt anything if it's wrong, but if you know the right one they can fix it on the ticket.

On the actual psu nothing says CP-9020004-NA or CP-9020041-NA just that it's a model: CMPSU-850TXM, but on the brown inner box that the psu came in it has a lable that states the SKU and Lot# the SKU is CP-9020004. I don't have the original upc from the outer box since I filled a rebate back when I bought it, I've got a copy and it states the same sku.
