whats mean this bleu screen 0x0000124 (kernel-power)

It's just a generic error that means your PC shut down incorrectly. It does not necessarily mean or point towards an issue with the PSU.

It could be drivers, a bad HDD, A corrupt windows install and also PSU among a million other things...

What are the voltages being read in your BIOS for the 3.3,5v, and 12v lines?

in the bios i see 12,091 3,3 and 5,00 my cpu voltage is 1,250v or 1,10v in state status, but when my pc stuck, i restart and i dont see my screen anything only i hear one beep and everything correct, but nothing in screen, so i replace motherboard and it is still happen, i dont have overclock my cpu never because i dont know and i believe cpu voltages failed, i agree with BMW or my cpu broke, but pass all test (occt prime 95 intel burn test)

Well, the one beep means your machine booted corretly. Thats the good news. The blank screen sounds more like a problem with your GPU. It could even be a tired CPU. But i don't think it's power related...there isn't anything out of line as far as your voltages go.

Nikk you can RMA the PSU if you want Corsair will replace it. I just don't think it's going to help you any. I really don't think this is a PSU issue. I just don't see any of the symptoms.

so i return my video card in the shop and told me work perfect,

So you sent the card back to the factory?

Sorry, unless you sent it back to the manufacturer, i don't trust 3rd party shops. They often don't want to be bothered with RMA's and will tell you it's good just to avoid the hassle. They often loose money and smaller shops will avoid returns at all costs. That problem seems pretty common overseas. I see people complain about shop corruption all the time here.
