Jazter
When I first noticed the LEDs on my keyboard were dying there were only 2, now it's up to 4. I've filled out an RMA 4 days ago but nothing so far. I'm not in a rush or anything just wondering how long it usually takes. My ticket number is 6103910

Jazter
It looks like the RMA has already been approved I'm new to this kind of thing, does that mean I should just go ahead and mail it to you guys? I bought it from newegg so I wasn't exactly sure on how this process works.
Toasted
You should have received instructions for returning your product when the RMA has been approved.
Dims
Did you attach invoice to RMA ticket? If you did ask them for prepaid shipping label. That is what i did on my K70. If all else fails contact support by phone using toll-free number.
