Corsair Carbide Air 540 3.0 USB Cable needed

I have everything for my build ready to go and I need this cable. I made a ticket. Someone from Corsair please help!

 

Ticket 6102745

 

What MB do you have that the front panel cables are not reaching? Generally it is Z68 boards for the I/O or the odd Gigabyte board for the USB 3.0 cables.

From my experience over the past several months, I've submitted three or four tickets to Corsair and not one of them has ever been answered :brick: so it's no surprise ticket 6103700 which is in referance to air 540 cables is being ignored as well. The only place I see customers tickets being answered is in the Corsair Air 540 cables to short thread and even that has seen no response in a few days.

 

Ive never experienced customer service this bad ever.

actually the forum is designed to address issues related to problems with their products and not the processing of rma's which is a whole different dept. of corsair but the mods when time permits will address rma's as well and relay questions to its respective dept.

of course tho when time is an issue,its obviously quicker to simply use the phone and call them...

Chances are they are out of stock on them . I know right now parts for that case may be hard to get for the first few weeks or so. Most of what they will get in will go to RMA's as soon as they get them in.

 

As Wytnyt suggested calling them would be the best option if you can. They would be able to take care of you on the spot, or at least give you an update.
