wytnyt
sounds like a controller issue but verify and swap the fan leads and see if its in the fan or not. first tho try the reset procedure and try that most any electronic device will need resets at one time or other hopefully this will help avoid a rma
themaskofwraith
i tried with different fans and they are working fine. i think 1 fan is corrupted. And but the lights(fan speed indicators) on the cooler are not working. i remeber leaving it in low mode. today i ran prime95 for 30mins and the temperatures reached about 73C. i think it stuck in low profile mode only. And how can i reset the cooler? is there any button for that, i check and i cant find any. Thanks for ur response.
peanutz94
You could reinstalling everything and that should force the unit to reset. Heres RG directions.... I would remove any saved profiles and reset to default then close the software and do not save anything when you exit.. The please go to programs and Features and uninstall the Corsair Link software and then C-Link USB Dongle and restart the system. The please down load C-Link 2.4.4948 and save it to as directory on your HDD not to your desktop and open the folder and right click on the install file and run it as an administrator. However I'm not really convinced this is going to fix your cooler. I believe the only way to fix it would be to have t RMA'd. Wish there was more that could be done to help ya. These coolers are pretty basic and there isn't alot that can be done with them once they malfunction.

Fan slot1: Working fine. Fan slot2: spinning for a while and getting turned off Fan slot3: working fine Fan slot 4:not working And i can confirm that one of the fans are not working. i guess i need to raise RMA request. can anyone tell me , how can i do that, i live in southern india Thanks
