ReVo_007 Posted September 6, 2013 Share Posted September 6, 2013 I recently bought this cabinet 500R from a local shop .And I noticed the USB3 front panel to USB2 motherboard I/O missing. So the problem am facing is that my motherboard doesn't have a USB 3.0 header so the front USBs are lying useless . I went to the local shop and asked if it was a mistake from their part but they insisted that corsair didn't provide the converter from the 2nd lot of its stock. But when I saw in reviews and all before buying, everywhere it has been stated that the cabinet is sold with the converter. Now am at a loss . Please open a ticket and explain the situation in comment section. make sure you attach the copy of purchase invoice with the ticket as well.
