4 Day RMA with no reply :(

I hope you can help. I requested an RMA on 2nd September 2013 for Corsair Vengence (CMZ8GX3M2A1600C9) but have yet to recieve a reply. I have added a note requesting an update but still nothing. I have tried to speak to somebody online but that has failed every time. Can you please advise me what else i can do or at least let me know what is happening. My ticket number is 6095106.
