Corsair 2000 deep bass problem

I've been using accurate bass testing audio to test the response of the headset and I've noticed that deep bass is pretty much only existent on the right ear cup. The left ear cup pretty much has zero deep bass. I didn't notice it at first but upon stress testing the headset I noticed it immediately.

Has this happened to anyone else?

also if I have to RMA this, do I have to pay for shipping? cause I really don't feel that I should.

I got these headphones in the mail last night from newegg and I'm running off the new dolby drivers.

Contact your seller and ask if they can replace the headset for you. If not ,request an RMA to replace the headset.

You can call customer service via phone and ask if they can assist with the shipping costs as its under less than 30 days old.

You can call customer service using Skype by calling their toll-free number.

alright I've opened a case and it's number 6103853.

I'd love to talk to someone about free shipping (or compensated, you know) as it's less than 30 days old. maybe some kind of fast RMA approval would be great as well. Hopefully I'm not asking much.

I really do like the headset as a whole, however the surround is terribly tinny and sounds like I'm listening to an ihome from across the room, but as a stereo headset this thing kicks ***....which is why i want it to work! haha

also my lot code is 13089110. is this a new revision?

alright so I called them and they offered me a free label and i only had to pay 4 bucks to ready up a box to ship out so it's not that bad. Thanks Corsair!

13089110 is my lot code. does anyone know if the headset I already had was a revision headset? I'm really curious!

EDIT: I found out if your headset's lot code starts with "13" it means it was made this year, and that means it's a new revision. so to anyone else that was curious, there's your answer.
