Hi folks,

i have an issue with the H100i and corsair Link

My H100i runs flawless BUT corsair link doesnt recognized it anymore, dunno since when, because i dont use it that often, but i can'T change colors or read out the temp of the h100i! RPM isn't showing up at all either!

My motherboard detect's the Pump RPM correctly, even as AIDA64

H100i @ 1.07 firmware

Latest link softwar is installed, i started it with admin rights....no change at all, connect the power (the usb to mainboard cable, that it comes with) to another port, no change at all!

Is there any bug reported? or a beta sw?

Regards Chris

I would run Windows update to be 100% sure and when you installed the software did you run the install file as administrator?

Yes windows updates are all installed, file is installed as administrator!

The thing is link runs fine... till... i don't know havent started it for weeks, but than "out of heaven" it won't work anymore, i reinstalled link, switched USB ports from the h100i, nothing helped....AAAAAND nothing changed since the last run (well except windows updates)

Is there maybe anything in the devicemanager i should uninstall and reinstall?!?

i would check and see if any recent .net framework updates have been installed

there are versions that have problems with the link.
