hellblau Posted September 2, 2013 Share Posted September 2, 2013 So when I'm talking on Skype/Teamspeak/Vent/Mumble any other program that is able to listen for your voice, and if I have music playing through the headphones slightly it gets transmitted through the mic so everyone else can hear it. It's not the program because I have tested it in audacity/windows sound recorder/skype self call and I am able to listen to the sound that was coming out of the headphones whilst recording my voice. Anyway to fix this? Edit: and Microphone Check is off. Also with the microphone up (disabled) the sound played through the headphones is not transmitted but then of course I can't communicate which is useless. Let’s have this unit replaced. Please go to corsair.force.com and put in your RMA request through Corsair customer portal. You may have to create new username and password if you’re a new portal user. Once your account created, you can access all your Cases, RMA(s), technical support questions in one place. Please let us know if you have any question or concern. If you’re within your local re-seller return/exchange policy, you may want to contact them first. Our RMA exchange process will involve shipping transit, and depending on where you’re located, it may be a lot faster to do this with your local re-seller.
