India - warranty via courier? (PSU) ,working hours

couple of quick questions reg. warranty claim:

 

Is it possible for me to avail warranty in India by couriering my PSU to the nearest service center instead of visiting it personally (and getting it couriered back)?

 

Is there a SLA for warranty replacements?

 

What are the working hours for india service at corsair ? (IST or US timing?)

im sorry, i dont know what SLA stands for.

[edit] oh, service level agreement. if the PSU is bad a warranty replacement will be provided within the warranty period to you. no legal speak or complicated agenda. if you are near one of the 3 service centers in India you can exchange it with them.

Thanks, got the response during IST working hours (maybe overlapping with yours though..)

 

However, the contact person in Kaizen denied sending the part by courier :( Looks like a visit will be required..

 

By SLA I meant a guaranteed replacement time :)

 

Got that info from the contact person, guaranteed that replacement will take atleast 1 week and upto 3 weeks..

 

(Just putting up the info incase someone comes across this thread later)
