Ticket 6082367

I have requested and got approval for an RMA for a faulty Force GT 120.

I shipped it to the address provided and got an email that the RMA status is SHIPPED and the ticked is closed.


The UPS tracking number is 1Z7619X90447026969 but upon checking on UPS site, the status is:

"A UPS shipping label has been created. Once the shipment arrives at our facility, the tracking status--including the scheduled delivery date--will be updated."


Called UPS and they confirmed that the package did not arrive at their facility

That was on 27th and I am worried that no package was actually delivered.


Can you please check the status of my ticket?
