maddox
Hi @all, I want to use two twin-sets of CM2X2048-6400C5DHX (800MHz 5-5-5-18 1.80V) in my Intel D975XBX with Core2Duo E6600 (1066MHz FSB). I had bad system crashes with "automatic" SPD BIOS-settings, what are the best BIOS settings for a stable system (instead the 533MHz...)? Thanks in advance! maddox
peanutz94
Run CPUz and look at the SPD tab. That will list the available timing tables.
maddox
Hi peanutz94, thanks for your answer. I got the following timing tables: JEDEC timings table CL-tRCD-tRP-tRAS-tRC @ frequency JEDEC #1 4.0-4-4-13-15 @ 270 MHz JEDEC #2 5.0-5-5-18-22 @ 400 MHz How can I use the modules (marked as 800MHz) with the nominal frequency?
