Chief7285 Posted August 26, 2013 Share Posted August 26, 2013 I submitted an RMA attempt and it redirected it as an Ask a question support ticket about 3 days now going on 4 days and still don't have a response. How long does a support ticket usually take for them to respond to? Getting kinda impatient since I bought a quality headset and I'm already needing an RMA for them.
