GC_PaNzerFIN
Hello, Just bought new kit of 2x4GB 1600MHz CL9 Vengeance LP 1.35V (the white ones). http://i.imgur.com/VHCWIpal.jpg The heatspreader of both sticks has huge build quality problem. The heatspreaders are nearly off the sticks and there is wide space between the heatspreader sides on top of the sticks. Completely unacceptable, the third stick in this photo is how it should be. This should be eligible for RMA return, yes? Also, one stick of my second kit is dead and other unstable at specified settings. So I need to RMA that one aswell and one AX series PSU too. Who should I contact to organize this RMA mess so I finally get working two memory kits and AX750 psu ASAP?
peanutz94
Yes, you can have them replaced. Since they are a new set it would probably be best to return them to your resellers . If they are unwilling or can't help you then just use the link on the left to request an RMA. If you would like advanced replacements you'll need to call CS and they would be able to set that up for you.
