Ticket #6083126 - Not sure if I did this correctly

I created a ticket for the mm200 that I'm having issues with; there wasn't a product family for it so I just selected mouses. The ticket # is 6083126 and I created it sometime last week. It's not urgent or anything, I can wait -- just wanted to know if I did it correctly since I didn't see any category for it. Thanks.
