Braxos
check if you have changed the bios switch on the keyboard. if yes return it to 1, if no then try different usb ports on your pc, i had the same issue on some ports, the keyboard was dead till the pc boooted to windows, i moved it on other slot and now it can enter to bios without touching it and lits the lights up on boot but they go off on windows loading icon and back again. NothinPersonal
I use an EVGA Classified 3 mobo. It's not compatible with the 3.0 on mine for the bios mode even though the kb works on that usb port. So I have to keep it plugged in usb 2.0port to access the bios. I switched the keyboard to another port when I did install logitech software for the g700 and g930 the keyboard was blinking like it was xmass had to move it back to the old port. P.S. the port was the one from the top normaly the keyboard and mouse ones (old habit)

Ok just to update, just changed to a Z87 board and so far same problem, can get in to the bois ok, but like you said when windows is loading the keyboard goes of and dont recover, i have to unplug it and then plug it back in to recover, then its fine all day, i have not returned the switch back to position 1, so i will try that now and report back, thanks for the help so far everyone ;)
Braxos
Try all usb ports on the back. As I said a port I use normaly that works on bios and windows was not working on windows installer had to switch to other port, this port was working fine till I installed logitech software it made the keyboard to flashing all key lights, till that time the port was working 100% well. jmc
I've been having the same problem as Taz with my K95 (Gigabyte Sniper 5 MB, Win 7 Ultimate 64bit). About half of the time after rebooting and waking from sleep the keyboard is non responsive. Moving to another USB port seems to work, but honestly that is not an acceptable solution. I have tried rebooting while plugged into both USB 2 and 3 ports, same result. Also the BIOS switch position does not seem to make a difference either. A friend suggested doing a clean install of Windows (solution for everything, right?) to no avail. The keyboard was the first thing I installed after Win and still the problem persisted. TAZ007_
Ok another update nowi have found my original post, so its a while since i have updated, no as above i have had trouble with the K95 responding after a sleep, so i have set mine not to sleep now, but a month on and im still having to unplug and plug back intermittently, can go a week and ten it cant go a hour, so fed up with this im on the brink of selling it, never had a days trouble with logitech G510 or G13 or G500 mouse, now have the G700s and well cant say things are any worse than before, i have changed the motherboard for a Asus Hero Z87 and still same problems, except getting in to the bios, its sometimes stops and no lights no nothing, another time it could be certain lights just flashing, it different every time so frustrating i just want to smash it to bits, as it goes im going to sell it and get a G710, also like others the lights are way to bright even on 33% so much so i never have them on, all in all it look great, feel great, but thats as far as the happy feeling goes, really disappointed with this Corsair Purchase, and thats not something i have had to say before, even if customer service is the best there is
Mr_ALLroy
I was having the same issue. I had to change my UEFI options in my bios. I have the "devices" set to load UEFI only. Changed it to UEFI and Legacy and it seems to be working fine now. (Fingers Crossed).
