Your case was submitted like you were trying to purchase these items and did not provide any explanation of why you needed these parts.

Where and when did you purchase this case? I would find it hard to get a case with some many issues that was new? Please log into your case and attach a copy of the Purchase invoice. And please explain why you need the USB and SSD replaced in the case.
