mrpitou Posted August 19, 2013 Share Posted August 19, 2013 Hello, I have been upgraded from a SP2200 tu SP2500 by the support service 1 month ago. I have some problems with the left speaker only : it's saturating and not reproducing correctly the sound. I tried different sources : PC & phone. I switched the wires to check if it was not the problem, same thing happened, the left speaker still got the problem. Problem is, you don't hear it all the time, but only on some frequencies, like "misty mountains" from "the hobbit" ... Note : there is no problem when I plug earphones on the pod. Should I go for RMA and will I have to send all the SP2500 kit or only the speaker ??? Thanks for your help Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
