upscale
They're for the lower hard drive cages. Hmmm, would appreciate a little information on how they're used with the lower drive cages. I've just received my 900D and have yet to strip out some of the cages in favour of putting in a 420mm or 480mm radiator. So, if the answer to that question will become evident during the cages removal, please ignore this question.
Tealeaf
If I recall correctly from when I moved my drive bays, they are the spacers & scews for the drive rack, you can check your existing rear lower drive bays and you'll find similar spacers at the top of it. If you want to put more in the lower section then you need them to bridge the gap to the cross-member under the motherboard.
GTXJackBauer
If look at the backside of the lower 2 drives bays the way the 900D is configured out of the box, you will find those screws and spacers. They just gave you one more set incase you wanted to put the 3rd cage down there. Can only support 3 cages down there.
