Rob43
Hi, I have a ticket raised for a faulty PSU. This PSU was a replacement for another faulty one HX650. It cost me £30 to post the first one back to the netherlands & on my ticket i was told to phone customer service in the USA which i did,was told by the lady on the phone that they would arrange collection from my home for this to be returned again to the netherlands. I have also moved house ,so the return address is wrong on my RMA. Now i've not had any e-mail as promised from Corsair customer service. This is very disappointing to say the least. Can you help at all ? I don't really want to have to phone customer service again if possible. I also have another ticket raised in the hope of getting an answer 6078843 Kind regards, Robin
