AJ Lee
I bought a K95 yesterday, all is good with the keyboard but one of the keys..the V guy, the LED is so dim that it doesn't even light up the keyboard. some images - http://imageshack.us/photo/my-images/839/nni2.jpg/ As you can see, the F8 key light is how bright it's supposed to be, compared to the dim V key http://imageshack.us/photo/my-images/823/41wl.jpg/ how it looks with all keys lit Can this problem be rectified or will I have to replace the entire keyboard for 1 LED?
Toasted
Contact your seller and ask if they can replace the keyboard for you. If not, request an RMA to replace it.
AJ Lee
Thank you, emailed the seller but have not heard back yet. How do I go about RMA'ing in the UK, if you know?
Toasted
Request an RMA to replace the keyboard. RMAs are worldwide.
