Braxos
Hi I have a issue with my ax1200i the cable isn't staying firm psu if you touch it it moves back and forth. I tried another cable same issue I messured the depth of the psu and the cable goes till the end of the psu. I think the whole on the psu for the cable is to big. Can someone try it. I have pc on wheels to move it since don't have much room, have to move it to use the desk. Don't want to damage the pc. I made a video how the cable gets removed with 1 finger and the depth of the socket and the length of the cable that leaves 2-4mm outside. The link can be found here 150mb. peanutz94
Hey Braxos, is the cord itself moving or the entire socket in the PSU? If it's just the cord you can adjust the two prongs in the socket to make the cord tighter. Simply use your fingers to push the two prongs away from each other. It only takes a mm or two to get things back in order. I have to do the same with my vacuum from time to time other wise it falls out of the socket in the wall. http://i42.tinypic.com/10nrjag.png And Dont be laughing at my awesome paint skills!:p:

peanutz94
The cords are going to move a little. They won't be completely tight . The hole for the cord has nothing to do with it. It's held in place by the three prongs. If it's not causing the PC to shut down or loose power i wouldn't worry about it much. But if this is the case , then you might want to get it replaced. Braxos
you can hear it when it moves. you know the sound of electricity moving from one metal to other that is near it, like a short-circuit. as it is making sparkles from the power cable and the 3 pins. that's why i wanted to replace it. but even the new has the same issue. btw the cable should fit a bit more on this the corde has a mm or 2 mm space from all sides. but care now i made it to hold a bit more sending the replacement back. thanks for the hint with the pins
