SilentS
@RAM GUY --- Problem is I use the pc for my work and sending it back leaves it out of commission which then stops me from working. So are you or corsair going to compensate me for that ? I don't suppose so. Also I believe that I would have to foot the cost of sending this FAULTY cooler back ? wytnyt
you dont need to be without your pc,set up a rma and call corsair and tell them you want an advanced rma where they send the new part to you first, then you send the faulty part back to them it is standard policy with businesses for to pay to send faulty part back, corsair pays to ship new part to you. you did however post earlier I feel your pain aswell having purchased an h80i a couple of weeks ago. not sure where the truth lies but any purchase less than 30 days pays no shipping i believe... DiRTDOG
I just installed my H80i a couple days ago and now the LED on the water block is not working. It worked on my initial install and when I looked in the case a few days later it is out. As far as I know the cooling is working properly. What are the first steps I should take to resolve this before a RMA. Like the user above this is my work computer so I am trying to avoid the RMA. But if they ship the replacement first I am good with that. Thank you. EDIT: I do have a support ticket already (#6081685) started but I am not getting any response from Corsair

If you do not hear from them by then it may be best to call them up. I just don't get it though. You have all those Corsair products , so obviously you like their stuff.. Your seriously going to jump ship over a couple of LED's? At least give the chance to replace it for you. :)
Corsair Employees RAM GUY Posted August 20, 2013 Corsair Employees Share Posted August 20, 2013 Dirtdog We responded to your case on the 16th with how to test the LED. Please see if you can manually set the different colors in the Link software and if one is not able to display then I am sorry it will have to be replaced. I have approved the RMA for you just in case. And SilentS, I am sorry but check in the software if you can change the colors manually as I told Dirtdog, if we need to replace it that is not a problem. SilentS
They are all completely dead, tried everything. RAM GUY in a earlier post someone said that I can get the replacement sent before I return the faulty one, is this possible? as I could still use my pc for my work. peanutz94
Yes, it's possible. You will just need to call CS to set up an advanced RMA.. But it will take a phone call because of credit card security reasons.
