Ticket 6083012

Just checking when I will get my response. This is the third ticket I've had to send in three weeks since I haven't been getting any response for the previous 2, even though it said I should receive my response in around 24 hours.

The live chat is down too, so I have no means of contact with support. My system is completely nonfunctional now, and I need a replacement for my H80i as soon as possible.
