H100i pump not always booting at proper RPM!

Well I would RMA this but you still haven't finished the RMA I originally did for my h100 and got this unit. Ticket number is 6032563 and I hope you could speed things up a bit before my pump completely dies on me.

I checked your RMA number and it showed that you already have an express RMA set up

Yes that is the express RMA I got this faulty h100i from. I'd like you to process it and refund me before I'll RMA this one. I hope the pump doesn't die before that as just yesterday i saw the lowest pump RPM so far: 350!

I am sorry but that is not something we can do in Tech support, and unless you purchased it directly from us a refund is not an option. But I would suggest speaking with our customer service and see what they can do to help you. The number is listed under contact on the main site.

Ukooh, do you by any chance have a tracking number from when you shipped it? Or did you just use a regular mail service?

 

If you could provide them with a tracking number that would help them find it in the system or at least prove your unit has already been shipped to them.

I just checked and it was delivered on 8th of August! Tracking number is CE041629158FI and you can the status at http://www.itella.fi/english/onlineservices/tools/itemtracking.html

Please RAM GUY tell your RMA department to hurry the **** up as I'm getting crazy with this cooler which forces me to run at stock clocks.

I sent them a message and asked them to arrange another replacement for you and see what can done about the credit you feel we owe you.

But I would still strongly suggest calling them by phone so there is no misunderstanding.

I got a comment on my old ticket stating that it had been processed and refunded so I did a new one for the H100i RMA now. The new ticket number is 6108937. I hope you could pay for the postage this time because last time I had to pay 20€ and after this one I would have paid a total of 40€ in postage which is almost half of what I originally paid for the unit.
