If you could provide them with a tracking number that would help them find it in the system or at least prove your unit has already been shipped to them. Ukkooh Posted September 10, 2013 Author Share Posted September 10, 2013 I got a comment on my old ticket stating that it had been processed and refunded so I did a new one for the H100i RMA now. The new ticket number is 6108937. I hope you could pay for the postage this time because last time I had to pay 20€ and after this one I would have paid a total of 40€ in postage which is almost half of what I originally paid for the unit.
