Erwin
Hello, On 8/10/2013 12:21 PM I opened my RMA request for my faulty PSU and it got approved. I choose for an Express Replacement RMA. The email I received stated the following: "In the meantime, your Express Replacement RMA 6080096 has been processed and will be shipped within 1 business day. Upon shipping, you will receive an e-mail with your UPS tracking confirmation." In the meantime, 3 business days, I haven't received anything yet. Nor an e-mail with UPS tracking confirmation. Did I do anything wrong, or am I just being too impatience? Greetings, Erwin

Thank you RAM GUY! Is it correct that I have to return it within 10 business days starting from when I receive the replacement PSU?
Corsair Employees RAM GUY Posted August 15, 2013 Corsair Employees Share Posted August 15, 2013 To avoid being charged for the Express Replacement, the defective unit(s) must be received by Corsair within 15 business days from the date your Express Replacement order is shipped.
