RMA ticket, no response as yet, could someone look into it for us.

I submitted an RMA request on the 01/08 and haven't had a reply as yet, its for a dangerous PSU that recently gave a large flash from the rear with a loud crackling sound. It was playing up before that, the first warning sign I had was when the power button on the pc became problematic, it wouldn't start the pc for quite a while, the power light on the motherboard was taking an eternity to light up and only once it lit up would the pc start. That could take anywhere from 20 seconds to well over a minute for the power light on the mobo to appear.

 

I don't have a spare psu so im without a pc at the min.

The site says that the treatment rassmatrivatesya within one business day. Why is not there an answer?
