jccjcat
Hello everyone. So I've had the Corsair M60 Gaming Mouse for awhile now, and now... its not being properly recognized by my computer. I can't change any of the settings using the M60 Software, and the firmware update program is saying: "Cannot open USB device, please plug the device into a USB port or reinstall driver!" The mouse still "works", but its stuck on a really high DPI and I'm trying to use it on a 1080p monitor, which makes it awfully inconvenient to click. The DPI profile and sniper buttons are not changing the sensitivity. Any way I could fix this. I've really loved this mouse while it worked. On a side note: I've been having quite a lot of problems with Corsair products recently, but I guess that's what happens when you buy a lot of their products (I've bought over 14 Corsair Products throughout the course of this year alone). Even though its been pretty annoying getting a faulty product, I'm at least reassured that the community and customer support is just awesome, so that usually justifies me buying another Corsair product.
