senna89
This an official support forum, you not must be sarcastic but only serious and to give better answers possible for resolve the users issues. Do you think my problem with H60 was funny ? I am Corsair client and i have been 1 month to try to find any possible problems with the cooler, and after i bought another cooler to fix. I spent much money and time because your product was not sufficient, are you think this is funny ? Respect please. there's nothing to laugh about
Synthohol
H60 is lose product. do you use a translator?, the word lose means "To be unsuccessful in retaining possession of" that i thought was funny, what i did not see funny was the way you presented the temps as -18 and -5 which was leading ANY reader to believe that you were talking about actual temps, not a Delta, not a difference between coolers but actual temps with the other cooler. did you request an RMA for the H60 you found possibly defective? no, you intended to call it a "loser" product instead of a "lose" product im assuming but i cant even tell what you mean when you post anymore. if you want respect then refrain from calling Corsair products losers and request an RMA, exchange it at the store or call Corsair on Tuesday and see what their customer service suggests your next move should be. but dont go name calling and demand respect. it's something that is earned, not given, especially when you flame a product instead of following the correct protocol by requesting an RMA or a store exchange. Respect please. there's nothing to laugh about really,no one is laughing at you ,its simply a little humor between each others postings and not directed at you personally.these guys along with myself do not work for corsair and in such arent bound by the Corsair niceness policy but only their forum guidelines. we can only give our free time to those in need in hopes that a difference can be made with their problem. that being said your using basically a cooler that simply allows it to be water cooled and even air produces like results. you had favorable conditions till you admittedly posted When i return to vacancy after 2 week and i change the mainboard the temperature is changed, i thinked about Qfan setting but nothing and now this is the situation : i think before condemning the cooler, you should check your installations as you had decent temps before. senna89
Backplate was ok WB frame do not press the capacitors of MOBO When i removed WB the paste print was uniform enough ::pirate:: And when run the radiator was hot, so i dont think was bad installation, H60 was easy to install, difficoul make errors once you try many times. Simply the temp was too high with Tamb 32°, that personally i considers a normal temp, not so high.
wytnyt
you had better temps before the m/b swap which leads me to believe either the m/b is reading different or something in the hookup.when i have a head scratching problem such as this,i go over every step and check even the smallest of things as many times its something simple that was over looked. dumb question but new thermal paste was used right? I change 2 mobo but the temps were similar with both. I change the mobo because the full usb3 on z87 pro feel not so good for me. Thermal paste was always Noctua H1. Are you think error during sensor reading ? Changing cooler now i have 64° with Prime.
