Since I barely used it I wasn't in a hurry to RMA it. Now my M90 mouse is busted as well :/. I don't know how this works but my ticket numbers are (Headphones 6081207) (Mouse 6081212) This was my first time buying Corsair products and I dropped nearly a grand on your Vengeance line.... Mouse, Keyboard, Headset, RAM, x2 SSD & even a mouse pad which is starting to fray around all the edges, lol. Do I send them in their original packaging? Can I send them both together or do I have to separate them? I hope your RMA goes better than the last company I no longer buy anything from.
