CannedBullets
As the title says, I'm upgrading from an H80i to an H100i. Okay, so I get that I have to uninstall Corsair Link and delete the profiles. But before I do that will I have to manually set the CPU cooler to its default settings? Also I noticed that in the Control Panel's programs and features list there's this item next to CorsairLink called "Corsair Link USB Dongle (Driver Removal)." Am I supposed to uninstall that after uninstalling Corsair Link and removing the profiles? Also, what folder are the CorsairLink Profiles in? Toasted
I would set it back to defaults just in case. As for the software, you should not have to reinstall the software just from a upgrade. Delete your profiles and click Reset to defaults (Options) tab and it should be fine. Corsair Link USB Dongle (Driver Removal) is the drivers for the USB Dongle included in the Axi PSU. Profiles can be found here %Appdata%/Corsair

So it looks like I just delete the main folder labeled as "Corsair" right? Yeah I don't have a Corsair AXi PSU so it looks like I can use the USB Dongle Remover after I uninstall Corsair Link. CannedBullets
Alright I just got it installed and it works great and my temps have improved by a few degrees. But my core temperatures are still a couple degrees higher than my socket temperatures which is weird because usually its the other way around.
