the.ronin
The volume wheel on my K90 collapsed into its slot. It's as if the right side hinge that held it in place broke. Has this happened to anyone else? If so, did you try fixing it? I bought my keyboard a long time ago so can't return it to the shop.
Toasted
If the K90 is less than 2 years old from the purchase date, you can request an RMA to replace it.
the.ronin
Thanks. Got it from Micro Center and I know they are cool with returns if you don't have a receipt so long as you have ID and the purchasing credit card. No box, CD (did it come with one?) or anything else though. And not sure if it was less than 2 years (if thats MC's policy). Will look into it. Was wondering though if anyone had this happen to them and if they were able to fix it somehow?
Corsair Jason
I have not seen an issue like this before. Would suggest filling out an RMA with us if Micro Center will not exchange for you.
the.ronin
That's pretty amazing Jason. Will give it a try with the RMA!
