CaptSnooze Posted August 8, 2013 Share Posted August 8, 2013 Hello, I recently opened a ticket about an issue I had with one of the drive trays from my Obsidian 550D case. Two of the metal/rubber pins that sit in the side of the tray came out when I was removing the white box of parts (despite being very careful with the removal), and I can't get them back in. I opened the ticket on 7/28/2013 but I am yet to receive a response. Is this normal? How long does it usually take to hear back from customer support?
