th0rney
Hi everyone, I've just done a fresh install of windows and now I can't get my Link Commander to work. I've tried different USB slots and everything like that. The strange thing is no matter what I do no lights come on at all almost like it's not getting any power. Any ideas? Thanks! Toasted
If you mean the Commander unit power and activity L.E.D. Request an RMA to replace the unit.

Thanks, but unless I've been missing something for the last few months I don't believe the Commander has a molex plug!! :eyebuldge If you mean the Commander unit power and activity L.E.D. Request an RMA to replace the unit. Humm... I had an awful feeling that would be the case!! Since I'm in the UK I assume I'm best going through the seller? Thanks! Toasted
If it's under 30 days old, yes contact your seller and ask if they can replace it. If not, request an RMA to replace it.
