problems with Corsair AX650

Hi, I have a problem with my Corsair AX650. from some time I have had more and more trouble to power on my computer. to make it work I have to turn off and turn on the power switch or disconnect and reconnect the power cord. I have no problem when I can start.Under load/ingame the PSU is working perfectly, I have no stability issue. I tried to replace the AC adapter and the pc works perfectly, so I guess it's a problem of the same. I read in the forum that is a common problem for the owners of this power supply. My problem is that I live in Italy and request a RMA I find it very difficult because of the language, I have already tried to contact Corsair technical service but I have not yet received a reply.the power supply has been bought on Amazon.it

ho un problema con il Corsair AX650, praticamente mi da problemi nell'accensione del PC, a volte parte tranquillamente a volte no, ma quando funziona non ho alcun problema ne in gioco ne in altre occasioni. Ho letto che il problema è abbastanza comune. Il fatto è che chiedere un RMA credo sia un po complicato per via della lingua, ho gia scritto al servizio tecnico ma non mi hanno ancora risposto. l' ali è stato comprato da Amazon.it. Grazie

Come hai risolto questo problema? Capita anche a me lo stesso, con lo stesso AX650 acquistato dallo stesso rivenditore...

Perhaps you can call your country's Corsair distributor and ask them to explain the procedure in your own language.
