RMA# 6029603 Question

I dropped off my RMA to be shipped from the UPS store and the lady did not use the printed label included in the RMA confirmation email. According to the UPS tracking it was delivered yesterday morning and i did not receive any email confirmation from corsair. I'm concerned that it will not be processed because the proper label was not attached to the package. This is how it appears on my receipt:

You won't receive any confirmation. If it shows as delivered it will be a day or two before it actually enters their system . But you can check the status of your RMA through your support ticket. It will be updated once they get it logged in.

 

As long as your name address and RMA number were on the package or somewhere within, your good to go!
