CPU Cooling In Carbide 300R

So im running FX-8320 and the stock cooler get loud when running under load. Essentially I want to silence it a bit and have the potential to overclock in the future. So I am just wondering what kind of cooler I can cram into this thing. Air or Water I personally have no preference. Currently Have stock 120 front intake, stock 120 on rear exhaust, and 2 stock 140s on the top exhaust. Budget friendly is preferable but not necessary. Also does anyone know if the hoses can come off the closed loops perhaps I can mount the rad on the exterior of the case and put the fan on the inside.

the hoses are crimped on so removal would be near impossible and regardles of going air or water, over clocking and going on a hard load, you will certainly produce noise.you just cant have it both ways, unfortunately.
