satishsinghi
Hello, I have a corsair liquid coolant: H40. I do not have the S/N handy as I am in office right now. However, my computer abruptly shuts down everytime I play HD Games, Bluray movies due to high cpu temperature. Later I was able to figure out that H40is not good enough for the CPU I am running. Is that true? Below is my system configuration: Liquid Coolant: Corsair H40 Processor: AMD FX 8350 Motherboard: ASUS M5A97 R2.0 Hoping for a quick response. Thanks, Satish
peanutz94
If your CPU is at stock clocks then there is no reason the H-40 shouldn't keep your CPU cool unless it wasn't working properly or possibly not installed correctly. Is this a new unit? What are the pumps RPM's in the BIOS?
dragonsamus
Is your CPU overclocked? If so, the H40 will not be able to keep it cool.
