Best way to contact support?

I have filled a support claim to get new type of SSD, instead of just receiving the same problematic product each time, I RMAed this drive 2x already and the last one was a DOA, so 3 different drives in 2 years (Im not counting the last one that was DOA)


That was done on tuesday, I waited for their working hours to talk to someone, though the online support wasnt on, it automatically redirects you to a form, that was filled and a writing indicated 1 business day for the answer, unfortunately that is long gone


So whats the best way to contact CS?
