HulkUK Posted June 14, 2013 Share Posted June 14, 2013 I sent my rma back on Wednesday, i had confirmation email from the delivery company this morning, just wondering if ill get notified by corsair that its been received? HulkUK Posted June 15, 2013 Author Share Posted June 15, 2013 tried calling the Customer service number spoke to someone, he said to wait till mid next week, if still nothing then call back again, but he said he cant see anything till its been processed, seems strange you have know way of telling if you've received my parcel tho. HulkUK Posted June 17, 2013 Author Share Posted June 17, 2013 I told him about having POD, and he said that's fine if you dont have an answer by Wednesday then phone back, which i find a bit strange, don't look like anythings happen on it today either. Until the item is received in the system that is correct, but if you gave them your POD I am sure they setup a search for the item and try to get it processed ASAP.
