HBass
hi, i am experiencing a technical problem with my H100. My computer suddenly restarted. when started the bios gave the message that my fan was not working, it spins, but the light controller that sits on top of the processor is no longer connected. I do not know what happened! Already assembled and disassembled and nothing. I wonder if you could also send it to the U.S. from Brazil in case is still under warranty and not find a solution. grateful for any help!
wytnyt
go into your bios and see if the pump is reading ~ 2200 rpm.
HBass
sorry, my mistake, the fan is not working too. ps.: The error in Bios says "CPU FAN ERROR" and the computer shutts down. I'm worried about the risk of burning the CPU
Repro54
HBass, CPU FAN ERROR is a common problem with ASUS mobo. that is easily fixed. Go into the bios, advanced mode, monitor, scroll down to cpu fan speed default is 600 rpm, click on it and set 200 rpm or even off. This should take care of overclocking failed CPU FAN ERROR screen. Toasted
Turn on the computer and go to the BIOS and check the CPU temps. If they are high shut your computer down and request an RMA to replace the cooler on another computer or install a stock cooler or something similar.
