M65 Sensor Dies In Game

My m65's sensor just dies in game while playing battlefield 3. This has happened several times already, when I get hit the mouse won't move anymore. The buttons still work, only the sensor is disabled. I have to restart my PC to get it back to work.

Also sometimes when I get hit, the sensor points up or down immediately, this is usually followed by the sensor dying in the middle of the game.

This only happens when the m65 and/or k95 drivers are installed.

I have tried using replacing it with my old mouse and there was no problem.

Anybody else having this kind of problem? Any fix on this one?

Ok I will but I have some questions first because it's my first time requesting an RMA for a product.

I ordered the item from Amazon and had it shipped here to the Philippines, how long does the replacement usually arrive?

Am I eligible for an express RMA?

If I will still be having issues with the replacement, will it be eligible for an another RMA?

Thanks.

Well is this a common problem with the new mice M65/M95 cause if they use the same sensor, I also have this problem.

Actually my sensor doesn't track at all anymore ( I have the M95), on any surface.

I just got the mouse 3 days ago, I packed mine up in the box waiting for RMA, but still no response.

@raysntmr

Yes, you can request an Advanced RMA via phone/Skype.

Yes, if your replacement mouse is faulty, contact customer service via phone/skype (toll-free number) and tell them the replacement mouse you received is faulty.

Thanks for the info.

I'll make an RMA request next week.

I asked our local courier about the shipping costs, it turns out it's very close to the m65 mouse ($1 difference).

What are my other options?

It doesn't make sense to ship it for RMA at that cost.

*Sorry for creating another topic about my faulty m65 mouse.

Get a quote from other couriers and see how much they cost.

If they are around the same, contact customer service via phone and ask if they can assist in shipping.

You can call them via Skype using their toll-free number (listed on the website)

If shipping costs are an issue, contact our customer service and explain it to them. It will be at their discretion to see if they can help as unfortunately we have no control over the pricing of shipping.

It's very disappointing that corsair support isn't replying to my ticket.

The ticket number is: 6048772

I've heard good things about corsair support, maybe it's a thing of the past now.

I requested for an RMA since I found out that they have RMA centers in Hongkong and Taiwan.

My ticket number for the RMA request is: 6050422

Is it possible to set the RMA shipping address to either of those two locations?

And also, you're customer portal keeps giving me an error whenever I try to login, might want to take a look at that.
