Ticket 6028538

It's now a week since my broken h100i arrived @ the location that was stated on the rma label. I haven't been updated since then, rma status=processing?

 

When can i expect my new h100i? And how do i know it's being shipped (track/trace)

Your case history shows on 6/11/2013 5:56 AM Integration Changed RMA Status from Approved to PROCESSING.

Then you changed the ticket type to open today, I am not sure if that messed with the process but I will ask customer service to look into this for you.

I didn't change anything. I only asked a question about the status of the rma.

 

Pfff this rma system. I already did my job, by sending the product to you in less then a day.

 

Also a funny part: i started the rma with this ticket number: 6028538

 

Then i asked for free shipping by UPS (2nd h100i that failed for me), corsair accepted this, so UPS printed the shipping label for me and picked up the package. However my rma number was suddenly changed to: 6020538 when i checked the ups label. (almost identical, 8 is replaced for a zero)

 

Yesterday I called corsair about my rma status. I gave them the rma number that was present on the ups label, when they checked this rma number they said it was for a corsair keyboard and some random person. They also said it was my fault, when i created the ticket i had selected the wrong part number.... yeah right. I didn't created that ups label, i know almost for sure someone made a typo (replace 8 for zero).

 

I didn't ask for this, just send the ... thing

I am sorry about that but it does look to be processing for the return so your RMA is going as it should I would expect the replacement to ship out today or tomorrow at the latest.

And I did send our customer servcie message for you and asked them to look into this ASAP.
